Minutes
1) Mo Taunton will remain President at least until September 2010 A.G.M.
2) Items from December 2009 Minutes
a) It was agreed to request our lawyers write to the lawyers of Plot 401
b) Tree to be felled in plot 400. P. Hopkins is dealing with this
c) Plot 255. S. Shaw is to talk to the owner re caravan in circle J, and illegal build
3) Bank balance €36,417.39
4) Treasurer - breakdown and update of financial statement of 2009 accounts complete and waiting to be checked by S. Evans
5) January bills should be out next week
6) R.Morans has signed a temporary contract in respect of the bar
7) Secretary has agreed to input meter readings on excel spreadsheet to relieve Treasurer of extra admin duties
8) Pool tiles lifting. M. Taunton will ring pool contractor
9) Main strimmer still in repair. Another strimmer has been purchased from an owner, whose account has been credited accordingly.
10) Committee unanimously agreed to dismantle the sign at the entrance to Mi-Sol as no contact has been forthcoming from the manager of Jardins de Clara
11) Rosario to be retained at €300 a month + I.V.A.
12) It was unanimously agreed that all committee meetings will be held in the office. Minutes will be posted in the office and on the bar notice board. If owners have any issues, would they please submit them (in writing) to the Secretary (391) one week before the committee meeting.
