Mike B*****t..MiSol Park 515 - 516.......5th Dec 2010
Dear Peter
Further to our recent conversation, I would ask that you discuss at the next meeting of the
committee, my request to review the outstanding amount of my overdue payments for
community fees.
I'm sure that everyone knows of the problems that have occurred since Clara arrived to live
on MiSol, and the huge effect that her building and property purchases have made to the
lives of those having to live in the immediate area of her "Ghetto". Having no alternative
other than to live in what could only be described as a scrapyard, with supermarket trolleys
and bikes pulling shopping baskets up and down the road in front of my home at all times of
the day and night - the drug dealing that were going on in the early hours, with car engines
constantly running whilst deals were done, and then the torching of their vehicle which
resulted in my own car being burnt out at a great cost to me personally. Add to this the
additional stress of constant fights between her tenants and the loss of many items (gas
cylinders etc) stolen from my property, which although I'm unable to prove, I am sure that
these were taken by them
As you will remember from our conversation Peter, I also mentioned to you the lack of
lighting in this corner (requested many times) which assists those wishing to steal, and the
problem with flooding of my property each winter due to blocked drains in the road which I
have rectified myself I would, at this point, like to say that I do not hold the current
committee responsible for any of the above, as all of my previous complaints have been
made to others, but it does not deter from the fact that these things have occurred and living
with these problems has been very difficult.
With this in mind, I strongly believe that I should not be required to pay the full amount
being requested. I have no wish to be in debt and now that I have funds, have today paid all
of my outstanding elect/water bills and will be happy to clear my community fees as soon as
a reasonable charge has been agreed.
Yours Sincerely
Mike B******t
