Received the minutes for the meeting held 01/06, Firstly can I say that as there were only 3 elected committee members present and as you will know residents are entitled to attend such meetings but only as observers I was surprised to read that you and Pat Olive have been co-opted onto the committee temporarily, and even more surprised to read some of the comments made by residents. I have forwarded them to Peter who has confirmed with Shelagh and Lynne that no such action took place. He has also confirmed that these minutes are incorrect and therefore will not be recognised. You will also appreciate the difficulty in any President resigning, I made a statement last week expressing my dispair at the continual harrassment and insults that the committee and myself have had to put up with and stated that I did not wish to continue, this is not a resignation. I was elected on for 3 years and am now after the recent events prepared to continue. I have received an email from P Olive which contradicts the minutes that you have sent to me.
