Dear Owner,

In reference to the concerns you submitted to the committee, please find the following responses.

1.  Rosario is in communication with the lawyers of the family of the deceased owner.

2.  P. Hopkins was asked to contact the Town Hall re. the previous application. Looking back on the           paperwork previously provided by the Town Hall, the current sign exceeds the maximum size      specifications. We therefore have to reduce the size of said sign, at our expense, as well as obtaining and      completing the correct documents needed. This information will be given to the committee at the next      meeting.

3.  Due to a technical hiccup, every owner incurred the increase in error, because of the January bills for the      bar and the flats having the new rate. All owners will be receiving a 0,05 € per unit credit by the April      bills.

4.  November 2009 was the date of the committee meeting in question.

5.  P. Hopkins and M. Taunton will be speaking to Rosario at their scheduled meeting.

6.  Until proof of payment/receipt of 800 £ is provided by the manager of Mardines de Clara", it is      speculation. Allegations should not be made until proof is provided. The committee was informed of the      conversation rather than facts, copies of proof would be requested.
